Virtual Album Retreat by Stampin' Up

Are you keen to learn some great scrapbooking techniques or to get started or return to some memory keeping.  Stampin' Up are holding their first Virtual Album Retreat in July.

Virtual Album Retreat Date and Details

This is a higher price kit/experience as it includes a heap of precut product to assemble your 12 double page spreads - one for each month of a year.  If you've got some rewards saved up that could help towards the cost.  You'll earn some more rewards with this album kit/live online event.

The kit is available to order now and with your purchase you'll be invited to an exclusive Facebook group and that's where the live retreat will take place July 17 - 19.  In AEST it will be 6am to 2.30pm each day - or watch segments at your own pace at a time of your choice.

Here's a look at what you'll receive:

Virtual Album Kit Contents

Precut pieces for each layout sorted into bags, sheets of laser cut titles and other elements, some exclusive stamps including an alphabet, page protectors plus 3 full days of instructions as we work through each layout.  Catch it live or watch on your own schedule.

A closer look at the layouts - you can mix and match your months to suit which layout would suit your particular month and chosen photos.

Unboxing The Heirloom Arrangements Kit: Back In Stock

The gorgeous vintage layered cards you can make with our Heirloom Arrangements Kit are so pretty.  This kit is back in stock now in Australia.  In this video I give you a closer look at 3 cards I made with the kit following the pictorial instructions, plus a look at the kit contents.

Our Fresh New In Colors for 2025/26

A new Stampin' Up Catalogue of course means a new batch of in colors and our 2025/26 colours are a lovely set.  My favourite is definitely Secret Sea - somewhere between charcoal and navy.  It make a fabulous neutral to use in place of black if you'd like to slightly soften the look.

I've got a video here showing through all the colours and also featuring some quick and easy cards you can make at home. (Including one for those who just have a trimmer and adhesives in their craft tool kit.)

Cloud Cover Update

There is no Cloud Cover ink pad at this stage due to some technical issues.  Some options for this colour are the Stampin' Write Marker set, the blends, an uninked ink spot and ink refill to make a tiny ink pad, or just use the cardstock to coordinate.

Happy stamping!

Cheers, Sue

Stampin' Up: New Annual Catalogue and New Online Exclusives

Lot of new goodies in our newly released range.   Shop/browse here:  What's New?

What caught your eye first?  Here are a few of my favourites.

Very very top of my list is the Kintsugi Suite.  I just love the whole meaning of this centuries old Japanese art form

Kintsugi is seen as a metaphor for resilience, the process of healing, and beauty in brokenness.

Kintsugi cards

Each month we get some new additions to our kit range and I've been waiting for this one since seeing it at our recent event.  I do love blues and this Beautiful Blues Kit is very elegant.

Beautiful blues kit

This kit includes this small set of stamps - I love the sentiments on this one for those times you want to let someone know you care.

If you are keen to try out our new two tone cardstock (thicker than DSP, thinner than our regular cardstock - great for layering) then we have it in every colour and we also have some great packs that have a range of colours. They're designed to coordinate with a scrapbooking kit but I also keep an eye out for any that have some of my favourite colours.  This pack is called Celebrate Together and includes Blackberry Bliss, Cloud Cover, Daffodil Delight, Fresh Freesia, Pool Party, Strawberry Slush.  It is a useful way to try out some of this.  The card has a white core and it just beautiful for embossing and sanding.

There's lots more but I'll leave it with just those for now.  I'm still working out what to put on my first order.

This weekend I'm chipping away at my latest craft room clean up.  Each weekend I'm tackling either one small space (a shelf or a drawer) or one product type.  I think my dies and embossing folders are getting a sort out today.

Have a lovely weekend and get in touch if I can help with any craft questions.

Happy creating,

Sue
