All The Latest News

Extra extra Bonus daysGday crafters.   I'm ducking in here today to update you on a couple of upcoming promotions.

First up one for any of you thinking about joining as a demonstrator.  We have the Extra Extra promotion coming up.  Join in July/August and you'll get an extra $45 in your starter kit, plus you'll get a $16 coupon to redeem before October 31st.  So that's $280 in your kit and $16 later - all for just $169.  Terrific deal if you've got lots on your wish list.  I'd love to welcome you to my Think Ink Team.  Get in touch if I can help with any questions.

Next month also sees our popular Bonus Days promotion.  For every $90 you spend in July, you'll get a $9 coupon to redeem in August.  Don't forget to save your coupon code once you've placed your order.  Keep it in a safe place all set to use in August.

Now we need a nice card pic I think before I head back to the carting things all over the house bit again!  Isn't this one just lovely.  The stamp set Butterfly Wishes (one of our 'Distinktive' range) was one of the first things I ordered.  Can't wait to have a play when we've finished our renovating.

We are making progress at home.  Our dining table and chairs have gone off in a trailer to someone else so one big empty space where our card classes used to be.  The slate removal crew arrive on Monday so a big weekend of moving out the last of the bits and pieces for us this weekend before the mess begins.  We've picked out our paint colour for a freshen up of the walls (white, white or white - we went with Natural White.)   I'll have some progress shots over on my SueMadexPapercrafts facebook page over the next few weeks so head on over and follow that if you'd like a squiz.   Once we're all done and our new dining suite arrives I'll have new class dates for those keen to get back into classes.

Have a great weekend and happy school holidays for those of you beginning those.

Dino days 2

I just took a great big basket of plastic toy dinosaurs to school.  Came across them in my massive clean up/sort out and since Jack has outgrown them I thought my lunchtime club crew at school would love them.  A group of 4 boys spent all of lunchtime Thursday making a big dinosaur land on the floor in the library with all the plastic trees, rocks, fences and my basket of dinosaurs.  It was lovely to see toys we'd outgrown have another life.  We sold our original junior drum kit to another family with young boys last week.  I told them to get ready for lots of drum concerts!   Operation clean out is going well.

Have a fabulous weekend.

Cheers, Sue

Oh My - Look At The Peacocks

Peacock cards

Noble Peacock Suite:  These were the first new catalogue products I put in my online shopping cart yesterday when I was finally getting my order organised.   Now possibly I don't actually NEED a peacock bundle but just look at the gorgeous feather and that beautiful peacock tail, not to mention the elegant foil accents on the DSP, and coordinating foil.  And the matching rhinestones - yum. I couldn't resist.

Did you know that if you love ALL of the   products in a suite there is also a handy 'one click' get the whole lot with one item number option now.  (Handy enabling feature for we craft addicts lovers I think.)  The peacock suite item code is 152187.  I hadn't spotted that so put it through separately and just realised I forgot that gorgeous ribbon with the sheen.  Will add that next time!

Happy creating!  Have a great weekend.  I'm so so so excited - it has been a busy week or so at our place with a ton of exams for Hannah and a couple of big assessments for Jack and report writing for me.  They're all over for the time being after today so we've got a nice 3 day long weekend with NOTHING on the calendar.  No sports, no homework, no stressed out kids, aaaaahhh bliss.  John and I are getting stuck into a huge clean out ready for our renos. It is always great when John is involved too as I'm good at the sorting but he's really good at the 'actually getting it out of the house to the charity store, the transfer station or to the tip' part.  Teamwork!   I feel lighter already and we've only just begun.  Might have to watch a few episodes of hoarders to keep the minimalising vibe happening!  (Ha ha.)

Whatever is on your weekend plans - I hope you have a terrific one.

Cheers, Sue

EMBOSSING FOLDERS

Can't find some of the embossing folders you're looking for?  We've got a new manufacturer and they're still getting production up to full speed so there's a bit of a delay on some of our 3D embossing folders. I'll keep you posted when I find out more on the expected timeline to be back in stock.

Note: Our 3D embossing folders are a little thinner than before so you may need a shim - just a piece or two of cardstock under the acrylic plate to squeeze it a bit more tightly.  Every machine is a little different so experiment to see how thick your shim needs to be.

PURPLE POSY INK PAD

This new in colour ink has not been cooperating and is being reformulated.  I'll keep you updated when we hear it is all set to go and back in stock.  In the meantime this individual ink pad and the In Colour ink pad bundle are not available.

I think that is about all the updates so far.  Have fun browsing your catalogue.  Get in touch if you need one.

If anything takes your fancy, you can place your order online at anytime (aaahhh convenience) or phone/email details through and I'll pop it through for you.

Give a holler if I can help with any questions.

Cheers, Sue

New Catalogue Time

BalloonsJust one more sleep until our new catalogue officially goes live on June 4th.  Do you have some favourites picked out?

I'm still narrowing down my list.  Freezing and raining here today so a good afternoon to make a cuppa and get my top picks worked out.

Our June host code is 3WZWMY7E.

Pop that on if you're ordering online and your order is less than $250 and I'll pop some lovely new catalogue samples in the post for you later this month.

Let me know if you've got any questions about any items.  Happy to help.

Note:  A few of our embossing folders will not quite be ready to fill the shelves tomorrow - I'll keep you posted when they're back in stock.  We've got a new manufacturer for our 3D embossing folders and they're a little thinner than before.  Experiment with your machine - you may need some shims to get them working at their best.  I usually use a few sheets of cardstock or cardboard.

A couple of people have asked about our renovations - that's just at home and only affects my in home classes.  The online store is working as usual and the warehouse is all set for shipping out those orders.  Order online or phone/email details through - whichever suits best.

Happy stamping!   I can't wait to see what the most popular items will be out of the range, and whether they're the same as my faves.

Cheers, Sue
