Best of 2018 and wishes for 2019
December 31, 2018
Just ducking in to say a quick hello on the last day of the year. I think the time between Christmas and New Year's is just about my favourite of the year. A great time for chilling out with family (and with my new novel) and reflecting on the year just gone and making plans for the year ahead. It always seems to be a time of year full of resolution and optimism.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. We hosted my family this year at our place on Christmas Day then headed to Bunninyong on Boxing Day to spend a relaxed day with John's side of the family. It was so nice to see all my loved ones over two days, and I think I ate enough to last through to 2019! Lego, jigsaws and novels have already been put to good use post Christmas.
I've taken a short break from the craft desk (actually I buried it again in my pre Christmas clean up - ha ha!) but I'll be back very soon with some Occasions/Saleabration creations to share with you. Catalogues went out just before Christmas to those who've ordered in the last 6 months and next batch are heading out today. Holler if you haven't ordered in a while but would still like a catalogue so I know to pop one in the post for you. They kick off on January 3rd (oops not the 4th as this post originally said - I was a day out!) so not long now.
I've got a new host code all set up for January. It is RXY9V2GF. Pop that on when you're ordering online and I'll send a little sample pack the following month.
Wishing you all that you hope for in 2019 and may there be lots of creativity as well. I'm looking forward to planning some enjoyable classes - beginning in Feb. This year we're also going to have the opportunity to contribute to some great causes by making a simple extra card at class for some charities. For those of you further afield I'll have details in my next newsletter on how you can take part too.
Making some resolutions this year? I love this list of ideas from Joshua Becker at Becoming Minimalist.
Happy New Year everyone!
Cheers, Sue
