Stampin' Up!: You Move Me Bundle

Looking to make a card with some wow factor.   Check out the new You Move Me Bundle.

You move me

Now you can't really see it in a picture but this card is interactive and so cute.  You pull the tag up and down and it makes the butterfly (or bird) move in a fluttery type of way.  (And it makes people say wow!)

Here's a video so you can see it in action.

Isn't it just so cute!

BOOKED FOR A CATALOGUE LAUNCH?

Check this bundle out in person at my new catalogue launches next week.  I've got space left on Saturday July 1st, 2pm - 4pm.

Come along and see a bunch of our new products, plus you'll get to make 2 cards and an in colour bookmark.  There's always plenty of prizes in our prize draw if you're feeling lucky.

Entry is $15.  Bookings essential.  Phone 0417 377 057 or email [email protected] to grab your spot.

Note: I'll have all my 'priced to clear' retired stock out for sale at my launches as well if you're hunting some bargains.

OK back to it.  I'm helping Hannah study for her science exam tonight.  I'm not entirely convinced I'm the best person for this job!!  Last exam tomorrow then she's looking forward to a nice relaxing 'you tube catching up' weekend I think!

Cheers,

Sue

Soft Sayings Card Kit

Kit cardsIn the mood for some creativity but not feeling like getting a bunch of supplies out, or having one of those 'the ideas aren't flowing today' type of weeks?  Perhaps a card kit is in order .

I love the new Soft Sayings Card Kit. You can find it on page 10/11 of the new Stampin' Up! catalogue.  It has everything you need to make 20 cards - 2 each of 10 designs.  There are 3 different sizes - regular card size, a note card size and a cute little gift card size.

They all come with coordinating envelopes.  The kit includes a lovely greeting stamp set with some flower and leaf images too plus a Basic Gray ink spot.

You also get an acrylic block.  It all comes packaged in a nice stripy box so it would make a great gift for someone who wanted to make their own cards.

The only extra item I needed when putting some of the cards together was my pack of glue dots.  They're handy for sticking the die cut leaves and things down.

Want to make more than 20 cards?  There's a refill pack available too so you can make extras.

Jack HomeworkWell - that's about the end of the long weekend here.  It has been quite a productive one in our house.  Hannah is up to her ears in end of semester homework and exam studying so she's been busy.  John and Jack have been having a cooking spree lately and made some delicious things this weekend - apple and rhubarb crumble was one of my favourites.  I've stocked up the freezer with a new batch of home made chicken stock and some yummy black bean soup.  Freezer is packed full - which will be handy in the busy couple of weeks coming up.  I've been on (another!) big health kick the last month and trying to be more organised with meal planning and keeping lots of nourishing things handy for the hectic patches.  Jack and I did a lap of the river - he's really chatty when we go for a walk, nice together time.  We all got out in the garden for a bit of weeding and leaf collecting.  I finished my reports and enjoyed a few hours of creating at my craft desk.  All in all a very lovely quiet few days.  (Well throw in a big of nagging, temperamental teen moments and way too many dishes just to keep it real!)

Have a great week.

Cheers, Sue

PS Don't forget to book your spot for one of my new catalogue launches later this month if you are local.  Should be lots of fun and spots are filling fast.  Details here:  Launch Dates
