Online Extravaganza - Last Days

Weekend

Happy weekend everyone.  I hope yours is a good one. We're off to the calisthenics concert this afternoon for Hannah so I'm busy fine tuning my rusty 'neat bun producing' skills.  Looking forward to an entertaining afternoon with family.  Hannah and some of her friends have been in the group since they were in Grade 1 so it is lovely to see them growing up.  They look so graceful up there.

Not long to go now on our Online Extravaganza if you've had your eye on anything.  Just checked the inventory reports and a heads up that stock is running low for a bunch of the things.  Here's where to check out all the sale items:  Sue's Online Store Sale Section

I'm loving that Cheerful Tags Framelits Die set at the moment.  Great for dressing up a bottle of wine (or a bottle of anything - homemade sauce, bubble bath!)   That funny looking shape on the right cuts a tag that has a hole that fits over the neck of the bottle.  It has ribbon holes too that you can thread your ribbon through.  And a bunch of other dies that you can use to make decorative bits and pieces.

Here's a few more of the things that are 30% off this weekend.  Sale ends Monday.

Well must be time to go and get the hair pins happening!

Have a fabulous weekend.

Cheers, Sue

Stampin' Up! Sale Started Today

It is all happening over at my online store today - the Stampin' Up! Online Extravaganza.  Head on over here:  Sue's Online Store

and click on the Online Extravaganza banner or tab and you'll find this .....

Then check out the sections to see what is on sale.

First up the 24 hour sale - just for Monday.

I took advantage of this Monday sale to pick up a multipack of all the enamel shapes.  They're so handy for adding a coordinating circle, star or heart to a project.  Packs include a sheet from each colour in the colour family.

Here are the Brights.

Another stand out from this list for me is the Gift Bag Punch Board.  Great tool to have if you like to make pretty bags to dress up a gift.

Or check out the 40% off section for some more great bargains that go all week (but while stocks last so always a good idea to get in quickly.)

The other sections have some great items too.

Order online here: Sue's Online Store or phone/text/email your selections through if you'd prefer.

Use the hostess code  K9J7SQVM if you're ordering online and I'll send you a little thank you gift in December.

Happy Stamping!

Stitched With Cheer Card Kit

The busier the month, the more I like card kits - so the Stitched With Cheer card kit is one that I'm really loving this month.  You get the supplies you need for 6 each of 3 great cards, with the stamps and inks sold separately (or substitute ones from your stash.)  Here's a look at the 3 designs.  I'm not much of a sewer but quite enjoyed the small bit of stitching to do on each card.  They make it easy by punching the holes out (just poke them with a pin before you start to clear them) and including a needle threader.

Just pop out the die cut trees and layer up 2 matching ones.  Sew them straight onto the base card (holes already punched for you.)

I just taped the ends of the thread and the kit includes a cover sheet to paste over the top on the inside of the card to cover all the messy bits.

Loved the hessian ribbon in this. Such great texture.

The little self adhesive berries were a cute finishing touch too.

And one more ....

Tips and Techniques:  Some of my class ladies were asking about the best way to tackle the 'messy thread' part of this card.  I stamp the greeting then flip over the greeting circle and put dimensionals on it (lots) and remove their backings.  Then loosely wind the gold thread (included in a spool for each card in the kit) around my 4 fingers.  I sort of slap that (splat!) onto the adhesive backed circle and do a bit of adjusting til it looks right - ish.  Then adhere to card.

The kit includes envelopes with coordinating envelope liners too.  So pretty.

In even better news - the kits are on sale for the next week (starting tomorrow when the Online Extravaganza begins) and they're 40% off.  That means you get the whole kit for just $25.20 - bargain.  Great way to make 18 of your Christmas cards without having to think to much.  (Always a bonus in the busy busy of the end of the year.)

Check out the Online Extravaganza lists here and get your choices ready to order online when the sale starts.  Or get in touch if you'd prefer to order by phone/email.

Cheers, Sue

IMG_3706

I'm back from a wonderful few days in sunny Brisbane with a whole bunch of Stampin' Up! demo friends for On Stage Live 2016.

IMG_3196

It was our turn for the big 3 day event (happens every 18 months) and it was based around the new upcoming Occasions Catalogue and Saleabration products.  These will go live in January and of course there's a swag of beautiful new things.  I've got some sneak peeks below.

My catalogues will be arriving in December ready to post to customers.  Let me know if you'd like one.

Sneak-peek-clipart-1If a sneak peek isn't enough and you just can't wait to see ALL THE NEW STUFF then join the team - we'd love to welcome you to Think Ink.  Then you can check it out online on the demo website - and place your preorder during December.  Just one of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.

A big shout out to the girls who made the Global Top 100 - with a special mention of my upline Claire Daly at number 14 and Kylie Bertucci - team member extraordinaire - at number 8.  What great achievements.

I got some more ribbons to add to my collection.  A big thanks to my customers, class regulars and terrific team for helping me achieve those.
