Do you have a long wish list?? Would you like to spend an afternoon with friends stamping and making a card? Perhaps you would like to earn some free products by hosting a Stampin' Up! workshop.
Hosting a Workshop
Stampin' Up! workshops are relaxed, fun and hands on! What is involved in hosting a workshop? We choose a date that suits and then you invite your friends and family. I like to get straight into the hands on part so everyone gets to do some stamping and make a card to take home. You and your guests will have the chance to look through our catalogue, and I can answer questions. I bring lots of samples to show and demonstrate some stamping techniques.
If you are interested in booking a workshop, phone or email and we can compare diaries and find a suitable date. I will give (or mail) you a Hostess Packet with invitations, a catalogue, and spare order forms in case you have any orders from people who cannot attend on the day.
To thank you for being a hostess you will receive a free Annual Catalogue and a special hostess gift just from me. If workshop sales reach $300 or more you 'll get hostess $$ to spend. You can use it on the specially priced exclusive hostess products in the front of the catalogue, or you can use it for any current products. With workshop sales of $600 you'll get $100 hostess dollars PLUS one item at 50% off. Yes half price!! Great for those big ticket items like the Big Shot.
But I don't know any crafty people ....
I've had quite a few self declared non crafty people that have found they enjoyed having a bit of creative time out, and have been most happy with the card they created at a workshop. So you might be surprised at who turns out to be a keen cardmaker but just didn't know it! Just invite people you would enjoy spending an afternoon or evening with.
I can adapt the workshop to suit different sized groups, but I think groups of 6-8 work especially well. Everyone can have a space to work and some individual attention.
