I'm so excited. My lovely customers have helped me get over the finish line and qualify for the 2010 Stampin' Up Incentive Trip to Hamilton Island. I still can't quite believe it.
I saw all the girls line up on the stage last year at our annual convention in Canberra, and never dreamed that less than one year later I might be walking up on stage with the 'Incentive Trip Achievers' crew.
I was super super fortunate to have gone along on the 2009 trip as a guest of my upline Claire Daly. They REALLY look after the girls on the trip and it was SOOOO much fun. I made it a goal to get there one day.
You can qualify for the trip in a number of ways with a mix of your own sales and the promotions along the Stampin' Up ladder of you and your team. A huge thanks to my fabulous Think Ink team for their successes this year.
Thanks to all my customers for ordering with me over the past year. I think I have the loveliest group of customers. I know many of you placed an extra order or an earlier order or a bigger than usual order during March partly to help me out with this and I really really appreciate it.
A big thank you also to all my pals in the Stampin' Up world (demonstrators, team mates, customers, class gals, and fellow bloggers) who were cheering me along, thanks everyone for your support. Thanks to Claire Daly my upline for her warm encouragement and support, and for introducing me to all this a couple of years ago at a Stampin' Up workshop.
Have to say a huge thanks too to my sister Lisa who helps out at lots of my classes, shares a love of the hobby and can talk Stampin' Up language.
John gets to come along on this trip as it is a trip for 2, which I hope can be a bit of a thank you to him for all the many things he does to support and encourage me with my business. It does sometimes look like a Stampin' Up tornado has gone through our house. :-)
Hmmm this is sounding rather like an Oscars acceptance speech isn't it!! (Have had a glass of bubbly!) Perhaps I should thank my mum and dad. Actually I'd better as they're booked in for October now for some babysitting!!
While I'm rabbiting on, it was the best timing as I got over the line Friday evening just as a group of my team and team mates were about to arrive for a stamping play night here. And what better way to celebrate than with punch (thanks Ange!), nibblies, inks and stamping friends.
Better wrap this up hey! I'm just so excited and wanted to send a big cyberhug to say thanks.
Cheers,
Sue
