I'm getting off to a super early start this year for Christmas card making. Here is my first one using the stamp set Crazy For Christmas (pg 28) and Short and Sweet (pg 118.) Decided to go for some non traditional colours and use my Rich Regals markers to colour in the Christmas ornaments.
Stamp Sets: Crazy For Christmas and Short and Sweet
Cardstock: Elegant Eggplant base card, Taken With Teal, Rose Red and Whisper White
Inks: Black Stazon, Whisper White Craft ink (remember it takes quite a while to dry.)
Accessories: Rich Regals Markers, Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon, white eyelets, double sided tape, 2 way glue pen and Stampin' Glitter,
Finishing Touches: I popped a length of double sided tape along the wide ribbon then tipped Dazzling Diamonds fine glitter onto it for a sparkly touch. I also added a few touches of glitter to some of the ornaments using my 2 way glue pen.
Hmmm, might try that one again in some different colours and see what happens.
Here is a sneak peek at one of the cards from my July email newsletter (with Lin Mei's cute matching envelope - check out her super tutorial if you haven't popped by yet.) Hope you got your copy in your inbox in the wee hours last night. You can register there at the left if you'd like to join the group.
Hope you are having a great week and can fit in some time for papercrafts along the way. It is such an enjoyable hobby I think.
Cheers, Sue

Your little card is particularly cute, Sue! Love the DP and matching envelope. Very pretty :)
